NASCAR 2019: Deny Hamlin on the Pole at Dover

Denny Hamlin edged Kyle Larson for the pole in Saturday's qualifying and will lead the field to green in his 500th career NASCAR Cup Series start.

Dover International Speedway has been hosting two NASCAR races a year since 1969 and on Sunday the "Monster Mile" will welcome a loaded field that includes the 12 remaining drivers competing for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup for the 2019 Drydene 400.

START TIME: 2:30 p.m. ET. GREEN FLAG: 2:45 p.m. ET.

John Arnold, Owner of Drydene Performance Products, will instruct drivers to start their engines at 2:37 p.m. ET.

TV: NBCSN. Pre-race broadcast begins at 2 p.m. ET.

RACE DISTANCE: 400 laps around the 1-mile Dover International Speedway for a total of 400 miles.

STAGE LENGTHS (laps per stage): Stage 1: 120 Stage 2: 120. Stage 3: 160.

NATIONAL ANTHEM: The USO Show Troupe will peform the anthem at 2:31 p.m. ET, followed by a flyover by four F/A-18F Super Hornets from the VFA-11 Red Rippers of the Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia.

WEATHER: Pleasant. The Weather Channel is forecasting cloudy skies and temperatures in the mid 70s, with little to no chance of rain.
