    Low Carb fruit milkshake

Makes One good sized milkshake (about 2 cups) or 2 smaller milkshakes for the kiddos

1 cup unsweetened silk almond milk
1/2 cup Astro Original Plain greek yogurt, the full fat kind (the more fat there is in it the less carbs there will be) (5 grams of carbs in this brand)
6 - 8 slices of frozen peaches, blueberries or strawberries (whatever your favorite is)
1/2 box of Jello Brand fat free, sugar free Vanilla pudding mix
    .
Blend in a blender, pour in glass. The frozen fruit makes it thick like a milkshake, the jello pudding makes it creamier and sweetens the plain yogurt . Low carb full fat diets tell you to stick with berries but I prefer peach and since I"m using almond milk and not a carby cows milk I think its okay to use the peaches.
