Pork cut into chunks, marinated with olive oil, salt, chunks of onions and chunks of green peppers, chopped cilantro and chopped garlic. (Fry the Onions and peppers in a frying pan while meat is cooking and whatever juice is left from the meat) Marinate for 6 hours thread onto skewers and BBQ. Finely chop more cilantro and put into the chili sauce (any store bought brand)....serve with buttered rice or your choice of side.
